Public Comment

The Board has set aside an opportunity for public comment during the meeting. Public comments must concern an agenda item and are limited to one minute and thirty seconds per comment. The public may also submit written comments on the Board's pending decisions, or general comments regarding the Board's work, to [email protected]​​​. Cost Review Study Process

The Board invites public comment concerning Farxiga and Jardiance in connection with the cost review study.  Under COMAR 14.01.04.05D,  the Board may consider oral public comment made at the Board meeting, and written comments.  

  • If you wish to provide an oral comment at the January 27, 2025 meeting, please register to speak, at least 2 work days before the scheduled meeting (by Wednesday, January 22, 2025), in accordance with COMAR 14.01.01.05A. To register, please email [email protected] and provide
