What We Do
Cost Reviews
The Cost Review Study Process is the procedure by which the Board studies—that is, examines and analyzes—selected drugs to inform future policy recommendations and actions.
Public Meetings
Board Meetings and Stakeholder Council Meetings are both open to the public to provide transparency into the cost review process and the work of the PDAB.
Fee Assessments
PDAB assesses manufacturers, distributors, carriers and pharmacy benefits managers an annual assessment to fund the Prescription Drug Affordability Fund.
