FY 23 Fee Assessment Instructions
Payment Due: October 1, 2022
Assessments for the FY 2023 Maryland Prescription Drug Affordability Fund have been mailed to each entity's address of record. If your entity does not receive an assessment by August 31, 2022, or if you have any other questions about the assessment process, please contact Board staff by e-mail at [email protected]. How to pay
You may pay the assessment by ACH transfer, wire transfer, or check. Payment by ACH is encouraged.

Please e-mail [email protected] for ACH and wire transfer instructions.
Note: If you pay by ACH or wire transfer, you will not be credited with payment unless you complete and submit the ACH/Wire Payment Voucher form.

Make checks payable to the “Maryland Prescription Drug Affordability Board." Please provide the PDAB vendor ID number and “FY 2023 PDAB Fund" or enclose a copy of the assessment, and mail to:
